BBQ Dry Rub
Makes 8 cups
1 Pound Granulated Brown Sugar
2 Cups Hoosier Hill Farm Chipotle Morita Powder
1 Cup Fine Ground Black Pepper
1 Cup Hoosier Hill Farm Hungarian Paprika
1 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
Thoroughly mix ingredients in medium container, breaking up brown sugar to ensure there are no lumps. Rub liberally on pork ribs, beef brisket, chicken or any grilled meat.
