White Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix.

1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1/4 cup of milk
2 Tbsp of Hoosier Hill Farm White Cheddar Cheese Powder.

Mix all ingredients together.

Heat to 180F and hold 5 minutes.
A dehydrated blend of Whey, Cheese (Granular & Cheddar {pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes}), Buttermilk Solids, Whey Protein Concentrate, Salt, contains less than 2% of Sodium Phosphate, Citric acid, Lactic Acid..**Contains: Milk Ingredients.

    Very delicious cheese powder! This large bag lasts us about 9 months of heavy use and makes excellent, creamy sauces and soups with true cheese flavor. I am on my fourth bag and couldn't be more satisfied. Try it in a roux with nutmeg and onion powder for incredible homemade mac and cheese or use it for perfectly creamy broccoli cheddar soup.
