I recently learned about Agar Agar. I was looking for an alternative to using gelatin (which is processed from animal bones) and read about this. The price was fair and the product works perfectly. I made a restaurant quality panna cotta that was absolutely delicious. The Agar Agar leaves no detectable taste and it is a great thickening agent for vegan or vegetarian recipes!
We have listened to you and have added a Cheddar Cheese Powder with no artificial coloring. The orange color of this cheese powder is achieved with Paprika and Annatto, both natural colorants. It is the same flavor that you have come to expect, however, without the chemical coloring.
We have also added Whole Goat Milk Powder. This powder is a wonderful alternative for those who are lactose intolerant or are simply avoiding bovine products in general. Like our All American Whole Milk, it is a full fatted powder. It is wonderful for cooking, for smoothies, or to rehydrate for a liquid milk.
