Healthy Peanut Butter Recipe
One Serving

- 4 Tbsp of Peanut Flour (1/4 of a cup)
- 4 Tbsp of water
- A dash of sea salt (more or less to taste)

Optional ingredients

- 1 tsp of sugar or any sweetener of choice
- 1/2 to 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.

Peanut flour mixes part for part with water. For a creamier consistency, add more liquid, and for a denser consistency, add less. Consider adding crushed peanuts as well for "crunchy" peanut butter.
