I have a tendency of being a night person and found myself going hungry. Figured I'd solve this with some quick mac n cheese. This powder was pretty good but I thought the flavor was a bit mild. Every time I ended up using more and more of it to get a nice strong tangy cheese flavor. Ended up using a lot and still not satisfied.As others have mentioned, some of the ingredients are not the healthiest. I tried this one time and don't think I'll be ordering another. I started working out again, thus eating healthier. I found a ton of naturally healthy snacks I can consume at night. If you haven't heard of Chia Seeds, I recommend you look it up!

We have listened to you and have added a Cheddar Cheese Powder with no artificial coloring. The orange color of this cheese powder is achieved with Paprika and Annatto, both natural colorants. It is the same flavor that you have come to expect, however, without the chemical coloring.

We have also added Whole Goat Milk Powder. This powder is a wonderful alternative for those who are lactose intolerant or are simply avoiding bovine products in general. Like our All American Whole Milk, it is a full fatted powder. It is wonderful for cooking, for smoothies, or to rehydrate for a liquid milk.

With the popularity of our unflavored TVP varieties, we have decided to expand our selection of vegetarian proteins. Our new seasoned Textured Soy Protein will add convenience to any vegetarian diet.
