We fill our products by weight not volume. This means some jars may not appear filled to capacity, but we guarantee that the weight of each our products match the description.

Most of our dairy powder products are packaged in a facility free of allergens other than dairy.
Some of our products are packaged in a facility that processes dairy, soy, peanuts, and wheat products.

Anyone can purchase our 25lb bulk products. Simply click on the “bulk” tab option on the product page to add one to your cart.

Hoosier Hill Farm will process all orders from our website within 2-7 business days of an order being placed. Please allow for standard shipping ETAs to your ship-to-location from the Midwest upon notice that your shipping label has been created/shipped.
Wholesale (25LB) orders can be expected to arrive within 21 business days upon placing an order.

Food items cannot be returned by mail or to a Hoosier Hill Farm store. If you receive a damaged or defective food item, please submit the contact form with the following information:
- Order number for the item
- Date of arrival
- Condition of item at time of arrival
- Detailed explanation of the issue
