Well my sour cream powder was out of stock when I was building my order. I asked to be notified when available and within 2-3 days I placed my complete order. I had used a couple of Hoosier Hills items ordered through Amazon and was completely pleased with them. I choose to go directly to their website to see other items available. Wow, very pleased. What an expansive collection of high quality items.
