Mixing Instructions for Cream Cheese Spread: To make 8 ounces of cream cheese, mix 1 1/2 cups cream cheese powder with 1/2 cup cold water. We recommend using a fork or hand mixer for a smooth and creamy consistency. Chill the mixed cream cheese, covered, for 30-60 minutes for a firmer texture.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing dairy powders.
