How To Use: Use to make meringues, macaroons, angel food cake, frostings, smoothies, protein shakes, and more.

Make Egg Whites From Powder: Mix 2 tbsp of power with ½ cup cold water to make 3 egg whites. Whisk water and egg powder until thoroughly mixed. Cook eggs as you would normally or use in recipes. Refrigerate leftovers and use within 5 days.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing.

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Egg White Powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 16oz jar of roasted red bell peppers, drained and diced
  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne

Directions

Step one: Preheat your oven to 375F and prepare a muffin tin by brushing it with a neutral oil.

Step two: Divide chopped spinach and red peppers evenly along the bottoms of each muffin pan.

Step three: In a large bowl, whisk together Hoosier Hill Farm Egg White Powder, water, cottage cheese, ½ cup of monterey jack cheese, and seasonings.

Step four: Pour egg mixture over top of the peppers and spinach within the muffin pan. Use a knife to give each egg bite a small stir and spread the ingredients more evenly.

Step five: Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of cheese over top of the egg bites.

Step six: Bake egg bites for 30 minutes.

Step seven: Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Using a knife, carefully loosen the edges and remove the egg bites from the pan.
