Hoosier Hill Farm White Melting Wafers are creamy, decadent, and easy to use: simply microwave and dip or drizzle! White candy melts are also ideal for dipping cake pops and decorating cakes and cookies, and candy-making. Looking to brighten up dessert? Swirl in any oil-based or powdered food coloring to the melted wafers to create a rainbow of delicious colors. Your creations will set at room temperature in minutes, so there's no need to refrigerate or freeze before you enjoy them.

Instructions for Dipping with Melting Wafers: Add Hoosier Hill Farm White Melting Wafers to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals on 50% power, stirring in between intervals, until wafers are completely melted. Dip treats directly into the melted candy wafers, allowing excess to drip off, then set on a plate or baking sheet lined with wax paper, parchment, or a silicone baking mat. If desired, top dipped treats with sprinkles, chopped nuts, or cookie crumbles while coating is still warm. The coating will harden at room temperature, so there's no need to chill before serving. Store any leftover dipped treats in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend freezing melting wafers.

Step one: Line a 9x13 baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment and set aside.

Step two: Add Hoosier Hill Farm White Melting Wafers to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring every 30 seconds, until wafers are completely melted and smooth. This will take 2-3 minutes.

Step three: Pour melted wafers onto the prepared pan and spread into an even layer with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle with peppermint candy and top with sprinkles, if desired.

Step four: Let bark set at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, or until candy is completely firm. Break into small pieces or slice into squares using a paring knife, and store at room temperature in an airtight container or zip-top bag.
