How To Use: Whole Egg Powder can be reconstituted for scrambles, omelettes, and breakfast burritos or simply used in baking and thickening sauces.
Make Eggs From Powder: Mix 6 tbsp of powder with 9 tbsp cold water is equivalent to 3 whole eggs. Whisk water and egg powder until thoroughly mixed. Cook eggs as you would normally or use within 5 days.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing.

- 9 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional for fluffier eggs: 1 tbsp Milk
Directions
Step one: Whisk together Hoosier Hill Farm Whole Egg Powder, water, and tablespoon of milk if desired.
Step two: Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Step three: Add in egg mixture. As the eggs cook, use a spatula to push them from one end of the skillet to the other. When the eggs are mostly cooked, season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking.
Step four: Remove from heat and serve with your breakfast side of choice!
