Step two: In a small bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, Hoosier Hill Farm Sizzlin Cheddar Flavor Booster, melted butter and salt. Set aside.

Step three: In a large skillet over low heat, melt the butter. Add in the flour and stir frequently until it is paste-like, cook for just 2-3 minutes.

Step four: Stir constantly while slowly adding in the milk. Once the sauce is thickened, add in the paprika, cayenne pepper, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Remove from heat.

Step five: Add in the shredded cheeses in small handfuls at a time, making sure the cheese melts between each addition. Then, add the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce and coat.

Step six: Pour the pasta into a greased pan. Add on the breadcrumb topping.

Step seven: Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and topping is crunchy.
