Customers praised this powdered cream for cooking, baking, and coffee use, with many highlighting its convenience and long shelf life. Reviewers loved it in soups, sauces, and carnivore recipes. However, many noted significant dissolving issues—it tends to clump and remain powdery in liquids, especially coffee, even with blenders. Mixed reactions on taste and texture.

For coffee review. Product is great instructions aren’t

I bought this so I don’t spike my insulin levels in the morning. Read many mixed reviews about this product. Now I’m only writing about using this for coffee I don’t bake. The instructions on the container honestly suck. Perhaps they can I have a QR code with additional resources that can help. I just went on YouTube and saw similar products and how others used it. I did 1/4 cup powder 1/2 cup of water. The key is blending it. I used a frother to blend it. Left it overnight in the fridge. Frothed it again right before use. Poured it first into the coffee mug then the coffee. Result a great cup of coffee. In summation product is great instructions aren’t. Go to youtube university and it’ll clear it up!

Convenient and easy rich cream for recipes and drinks

I made some carnivore rolls and used this product. The other two ingredients were eggs and baking powder. The bread was awesome! Had a rich buttery taste to it The calorie count on this is a lot but The taste is wonderful. Has some milk powder in it so The carbs are not negligible, but it's a good quality product.

Consistency is off but it works

I grew up in a 3rd world country and powdered milk was the milk of my childhood. Was not a fan of it then and now. I was hoping it doesn’t taste like it, but it does. Consistency was definitely not creamy. I used a frother to mix it with water and it was still clumpy as many reviews had mentioned. I kept a jar ready in the fridge anyway for future dishes. Then, my young son decided he was craving for ice cream. I used a jar of my pre-made cream and put it in our ice cream maker. Lo, and behold, my son loved it and said it’s the best ice cream he’s ever had. I’m shocked by this to be honest. I’m marking it 4 stars instead of 2 stars just for this reason. I’m thinking that, next time, I will use whole milk (something I always have available) to mix the powder with and make a creamy consistency that I was hoping for. Another review also said to mix it with warm water (or milk). I’m hoping that’ll take away the clumpiness. Anyway, I got the 1lb jar and this is a pic of it next to a small spoon. I like it cuz it’s small and easy to store. To conclude, this stuff is alright. Useful enough.

The powdered milk is great!

This is great. I usually don’t buy powered milk. I bought it because at the time milk was not so easy to get. I did make the powered milk and it was rather good.

I Like it in my keto coffee.

First time user, so far I like it fine. I still have to determine the amount to suit my taste as I have been using heaving cream for quite a while. I’ve read review regarding mixing and do recommend a self-stirring mug, mine works fine and it was under $15 and have been using the same mug for a couple of years and I just put the power in the cup and let let the single serve coffeemaker do the rest. I do let the stirring run while my coffee cools to a drinkable temperature. I still have to experiment with the amount of creamer to add. I’ve included a picture of my well used self stirring rechargeable mug.

Heavy cream powder

I thought this was similar to the liquid heavy cream, but it’s not.

Not for coffee

It adds an unpleasant taste to coffee.

Doesn’t dissolve

I wanted this to be the best alternative to buying fresh cream for coffee. I followed directions for best results and mixed with water and refrigerated overnight. I even tried mixing well with frother. It was always a little gritty and would not dissolve completely and become all liquid. The flavor was creamy.

Needs better instructions

Difficult to use. Does not mix well and a waste of money.

Too High in Carbs

I don't like the product because it has Non-Fat Dry Milk included. Other similar [products do not.

Short Expiration period

Expires in 5 months. Not long enough time to use in such a short period.

Recognize its limitations

As a powder, it travels well. But its flavor is best described as "off."This works OK in a creamy cheese sauce, but don't try to use it when you want the taste of cream. You simply won't achieve that. It tastes a bit like it has already turned to cheese. Even following the suggestion on the package to let it sit in the refrigerator overnight after mixing it does nothing for the flavor. It does, however, let the mixture separate, such that you will have to shake or stir it again before using.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong

No matter what I do, the end product always feels powdery.. like it never dissolves but instead suspends in liquid. I've done in hot and cold.. I've used the blender...and the immersion blender since the spoon did very little to mix it in. I even tried to do a homemade version of jello 123. the cream layers separating on their own.. even in gelatin, powdery. With a respectable fat content.. it should melt in but it does not.The flavor is fine.. just really incorrect mouth feel.

Definitely not Heavy Cream

I'd really like to give 3.5 stars because no, it's definitely not heavy cream, but for an emergency baking ingredient it does work fine. I slowly dissolved powder in water constantly whisking but it still kept settling out on the bottom. I tried shaking and whisking more after overnight as suggested, but still had undisclosed particles. Used a fine mish strainer to add to my eggs for a quiche. I've used powdered buttermilk for years, this just didn't deliver on especially texture, taste was just ok.

Good flavor but terrible clumping

I know you buy these for the shelf stable nature of powdered cream, but I cannot get this to not clump when mixing in hot or cold water, the flavor and smell of this powdered cream smelt great, but I cannot use it for what I intended to use it for, which is to use for my coffee and matcha lattes.

Dont recommend for coffee

I have been using heavy whipping cream in my coffee for awhile and figured this powder would be easier. It has that powdered flavor and it was really hard to finish my cup of coffee so Im going back to liquid heavy whipping cream. Ill try and use this powdered in cooking but if not ill probably just pitch it

Just So So

Product recommended in a soup group. Tastes great but does not easily dissolve. Very clumpy, lumpy when used for cream for coffee. Haven't tried cooking yet.

Not bad.

Not bad. I would re-package into glass jars for longterm storage. I bought this to have in emergency when I can’t get heavy cream for my coffee. This does not dissolve great directly in coffee. Instructions are to mix with water and refrigerate overnight. That might work but I haven’t tried it. I don’t like the taste as well as regular cream. But it did help me get through being snowed in without cream even though it did not dissolve as well as I’d have liked in my coffee.

Great taste....Doesn't mix well

I found the only way to make this powder to dissolve. Use 1/2 cup hot not boiling water to dissolve the lumps, than add 1/2 cup cold water to thin it out. Refrigerate. I would buy it again for the taste and convenience.

Not worth it.

Not very tasty in fact taste nothing like cream. I bought it for coffee but it curdles and chunks float to top even after mixing it and storing in fridge 24 hours.

Good product getting a little pricey

Very clumpy unless you use a blender and you have to let it sit overnight to get the best flavor out of it other than that good product
