How To Use: Whole Egg Powder can be reconstituted for scrambles, omelettes, and breakfast burritos or simply used in baking and thickening sauces.
Make Eggs From Powder: Mix 6 tbsp of powder with 9 tbsp cold water is equivalent to 3 whole eggs. Whisk water and egg powder until thoroughly mixed. Cook eggs as you would normally or use within 5 days.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing.
