Hawaiian BBQ Skewers

Hoosier Hill Farm Hickory Smoke Powder is the secret to savory hickory smoke flavor in every dish you make! This versatile seasoning powder can be used anywhere you use liquid smoke flavoring, and it lends a rich, fresh-off-the-barbecue, natural smoke flavor to brisket, ribs, steaks, chicken, and much more. Add this smoke powder to dry seasoning rubs to amp up the flavor of your favorite smoked meats, sausages, or jerky. Boost the flavor of marinades and barbecue sauces easily. Or, use it to season plant-based protein like tofu, tempeh, and seitan for vegetarian dishes with hearty flavor. You can even mix up your own dry barbecue seasoning to season potato chips, fries, popcorn, and other savory snacks.

How To Use: Our hickory smoke powder, like liquid smoke condensates, has a very bold flavor. We recommend starting with 1/4-1/2 teaspoon in your dry rub, seasoning blend, marinade, or sauce, then adjusting to taste before adding your meat or protein of choice. Be sure to blend thoroughly to ensure a uniform smoky flavor. Store dry seasoning blends made with hickory smoke powder in an airtight container or zip-top bag.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing seasoning powders.
