High Protein Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Hoosier Hill Farm Peanut Butter Powder is made with 100% roasted peanuts, with no added salt or sugar. This versatile powdered peanut butter is the quickest and easiest way to add rich peanut flavor to any dish, with less fat and calories than traditional peanut butter.
How to Use Peanut Butter Powder: Try adding this protein-rich pantry staple to cookies, bars, and homemade baking mixes. When baking, combine the powder with dry ingredients like flour and sugar for the smoothest consistency. Blend directly into smoothies and protein shakes for a nutrient boost. Whisk into soups and sauces for bold flavor and velvety texture. Sprinkle it over ice cream or yogurt for a tasty topping.
Mixing Instructions for Spread: In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of powder with 1 tablespoon of water until smooth. If the texture's too thick, add more water 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 days. We do not recommend mixing large batches of spread, as it's best when used fresh.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing.
Note: 25 lb products will arrive in a bag.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Organic Oat Milk Powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Peanut Butter Powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Maple Syrup Powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 apple or 1/2 banana, for topping
- Optional: 3 tbsp hemp hearts for an extra protein boost
Directions
- Make the oat milk. In a jar or bowl, whisk the oat milk powder with the water until smooth to make creamy oat milk.
- Stir in everything else. Add the rolled oats, peanut butter powder, chia seeds, maple syrup powder, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir well until fully combined and no dry powder remains.
- Chill overnight. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until thick and creamy.
- Top and serve. In the morning, stir and add a splash more water if you like it looser. Top with diced apple or sliced banana and serve.
Tips
- Meal prep the week. Make 4 or 5 jars at once. They keep 4 to 5 days in the fridge, so breakfast is ready all week.
- Adjust the thickness. For thinner, cereal-style oats add a little more water. For thick and spoonable, use the amounts as written.
- Boost the protein. Stir in 3 tablespoons of hemp hearts to push the protein higher, or add an extra tablespoon of peanut butter powder.
- Add fruit fresh. Dice the apple or slice the banana in the morning so it stays crisp and bright. A squeeze of lemon keeps apple from browning.
- Make it chocolate peanut butter. Stir in a tablespoon of cocoa powder for a brownie-batter flavor.
Why peanut butter powder works so well here
Regular peanut butter is sticky and can clump in cold oats. Peanut butter powder stirs in smoothly and evenly, spreading real peanut flavor through every bite while adding 8 grams of protein per serving with less fat than the spread. It is the easiest way to get peanut butter flavor and a protein boost into overnight oats without the mess.

Description
Hoosier Hill Farm Organic Oat Milk Powder contains all the dietary fiber, vitamins, natural sweetness and creamy texture of traditional organic oat milk, but in a shelf-stable powdered form.
Its organic certification guarantees that the oats are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, making it a healthier and more environmentally friendly choice. Our Organic Oat Milk Powder is ideal for making non-dairy desserts, baked goods, hot cocoa mix, and smoothies. Or, simply stir it into your morning coffee for a creamy beverage with a mild, nutty flavor.
How to Use: In recipes calling for traditional, dairy powdered milk, you can substitute oat milk powder 1:1 for a similar result. When adding to batter in a dish like french toast or pancakes, we recommend combining all wet ingredients first, then adding the oat milk powder and combining thoroughly using a whisk or hand mixer before folding in any remaining dry ingredients. Using a milk frother or small whisk is a great way to avoid any lumps when adding powder to warm beverages like coffee or tea.
Directions for Mixing 1 Quart of Liquid Organic Oat Milk: Combine 1 1/4 cups powdered oat milk with 3 1/2 cups of room temperature water. For a smooth and creamy consistency, we recommend blending the organic oat milk for 15-30 seconds using either a traditional blender, an immersion blender, or a hand mixer. For the best consistency, chill the blended organic oat milk overnight before using. When camping or traveling, liquid organic oat milk can also be blended by adding the ingredients to a tightly sealed container and shaking vigorously.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing.
