How to Use Peanut Butter Powder: Try adding this protein-rich pantry staple to cookies, bars, and homemade baking mixes. When baking, combine the powder with dry ingredients like flour and sugar for the smoothest consistency. Blend directly into smoothies and protein shakes for a nutrient boost. Whisk into soups and sauces for bold flavor and velvety texture. Sprinkle it over ice cream or yogurt for a tasty topping.
Mixing Instructions for Spread: In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of powder with 1 tablespoon of water until smooth. If the texture's too thick, add more water 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 days. We do not recommend mixing large batches of spread, as it's best when used fresh.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing.

After 3 weeks without shipping I contacted seller, no reply. A week later tracking was submitted but not picked up for several more days. All in it took one month to deliver and zero contact or replies from Hoosier Hill Farm. This was a bulk buy for a business. Because of their lack of communication I had to order from another vendor to fulfill my production in the time promised leaving me now with money tied up in product that will most likely expire before I need it again.
Best Peanut Butter Powder made. Have tried just about every brand out there. This tastes like what it is, roasted peanuts. If you want salt or oil, add the amount you want.
Have to comment on shipping- ordered on Monday, arrived on Wed. I always expect free shipping to take so much longer.

No taste even when I added salt
I only used this in a smoothie once and I didn't like the taste. Not sure if I want to try it in something else.
It doesn't taste bad, it just kind of lacks flavor in general. Definitely need to add some form of sweetener to amp it up a bit.
It probably would do well for others, but it's not smooth like PB Fit Powder. But it's still edible. Just tastes more dry.

Man merkt den Unterschied zwischen gerösteten Erdnusspulver und rohem. Dieses kommt deutlich näher an Peanutbutter ran.Ich rühre es mit Milch und etwas Salz an, schmeckt super.

Does as it’s supposed to but I would put it on a sandwich it is very bitter. I’ll probably make cookies with it instead and am happy to have it. I purchased it for when the power goes out in a storm.
We use this product for our peanut butter chocolate. The flavor comes through beautifully.
I like to add this to smoothies and shakes. When I got it, I thought I'd never use it up, but it has lasted much longer than the "expiration" date, which makes me very happy. Taste is good. I don't add as much as recommended and can still taste the peanuts. I'll order this again when I need to.
The flavor is great but it stays a bit clumpy and doesn't mix well.

I’ve tried all the brands of peanut butter powder and this is the best one in my opinion. Some peanut butter powders taste burnt, but this one has a nice flavor. It’s great for baking with or to make peanut butter. I just add oil to it for making peanut butter.

I use this everytime I make a smoothie. I also like to make up peanut butter to mix in my sugar free jelly. If you’re on a diet it’s definitely a good option. Less calories worth the same a month of taste as regular peanut butter.

This is a good value for those on a fat free diet who can not indulge in peanut butter bliss. Yes you will miss the oil that makes PB so wonderful, however adding the measured amount of water results in a very satisfying substitute. We added some salt to ours and have been happy.
