Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (boneless, and skinless)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped carrots
  • 1 chopped yellow onion
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp Hoosier Hill Farm Worcestershire Powder
  • 8 oz Chicken Stock
  • 21 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn

Directions

Step one: Place Chicken Breasts in a crockpot with chopped carrots, chopped onion, sliced celery, parsley, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, Hoosier Hill Farm Worcestershire Powder, Chicken Stock, and Cream of Chicken Soup. Stir.

Step two: Place lid on crockpot and cook for 8 hrs on low or 4 hours on high.

Step three: 30 minutes before time is up, remove chicken from the crockpot and shred on a cutting board. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and add frozen peas and frozen corn. Cook for the remaining 30 minutes.

Step four: Optional: Bake biscuits to serve with.
