How to Use: To make a basic Jalapeño Cheddar sauce, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove water from heat and whisk in ⅓ cup of Instant Jalapeño Cheddar Mix. Stir thoroughly for a smooth and creamy consistency. Allow sauce to stand for 1-2 more minutes until slightly thickened. Serve the sauce with pasta, or add it to enchiladas and casseroles for bold, tangy flavor!

For a Jalapeño Cheddar queso dip recipe, follow the instructions for a basic sauce noted above, but increase the Instant Jalapeño Cheddar Sauce Mix to ½ cup for a thicker consistency. Serve with tortilla chips, drizzle over nachos, or pour over fries.

For a Jalapeño Cheddar soup base, follow the instructions for a basic sauce noted above, but decrease the Instant Jalapeño Cheddar Sauce Mix to ¼ cup.
