It also blends easily into water or other liquids for deep, rich flavor in sauces, soups, broths, and salad dressings. Take your teriyaki sauce, chili crisp, or favorite stir fry to the next level!

How To Use: Dry soy sauce powder can be mixed directly into any seasoning blend or dry rub recipe.

How to Mix Liquid Soy Sauce: Mix 1 cup of powder with 1 cup of cold water in a small bowl. Use a fork or a small whisk to stir until smooth to make 1 cup of Soy Sauce. Can be used directly into recipes and immediately served.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container or bag. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Hoosier Hill Farm Soy Sauce Powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut up into smaller pieces
  • Optional: 1 bag frozen broccoli and 1 cup white rice

Directions

Step one: Combine Hoosier Hill Farm Soy Sauce Powder, ginger, garlic, onion, brown sugar, and pepper in a small bowl.

Step two: Place your cut chicken in a large bowl and add in your seasoning from the small bowl. Toss the chicken, so each is coated in the seasoning.

Step three: In a large skillet put 2 tbsp olive oil and your chicken. Cook the chicken until it is cooked through.

Step four: Optional- Cook your broccoli and rice. Place your rice in a bowl and top with cooked chicken and broccoli.
